Pricing depends on the artist, event type, and performance length. We’ll work with your budget to provide the best fit while ensuring fair compensation for our musicians. Every booking directly supports local artists and helps sustain our community programs.
We recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks before your event to secure your preferred artist and date. However, depending on availability, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines.
All artists are paid directly through Melody of Hope. This ensures professionalism, fair pay, and consistency for every event. By booking through us, you’re directly supporting local talent and helping us continue our mission to create opportunities for musicians.
Most artists provide their own instruments and small sound systems. For larger events that require full PA systems, lighting, or staging, Melody of Hope can coordinate additional production resources to fit your needs.
